Püf noktalarıyla yoğurt yapımını anlattım. Videoyu baştan sona dikkatlice izleyip dinleyin lütfen.

ingredients;
5 liters raw milk
3 tablespoons of yoghurt
Process;
First,put the raw milk into pot and boil it.after boiling it,wait and continue boiling until one finger decreases.
Second,take it from the cooker and wait approximately half an hour.
To determine whether it has reached the desired temperature,put your pinky finger in it and wait for7-8 minutes
İf your finger has endured the temperature,it means your milk is ready for fermenting
Then Share the yoghurt into containers that you used for fermanting
Put a little milk and mix it with yoghurt.
After that, pour the reSt of the milk into containers and mix it with the yoghurt you put before
Dont cover the containers.cover them ONLY strainers.
Then put double cloth cover on them and wait for about 3-4 hours without moving the containers
İn order to understand whether they are ready,open the cloth on it and check if it is solid enough it means your yoghurt is ready
Remove it into room temperature then take it into refrigerator with strainers
(Strainers are for not becoming Watery)
After 7-8hours you can cover them into refrigerator
Finally your homemade yoghurt is ready like a rock😎
